Sanitizing & Deodorizing questions

What does yard sanitizing actually do?
Sanitizing reduces bacteria and parasite eggs left in the soil after waste — particularly in high-use spots and warmer months. It's most useful in homes with kids playing in the yard or in yards that get heavy multi-dog use.
Is sanitizing free with any plan?
Yes — it's included with the Weekly plan and the 2× Weekly plan at no extra cost. Bi-Weekly customers get sanitizing included; deodorizing is a $15/month add-on. Monthly customers can add either as a $15-$20/month upgrade.
What does deodorizing do that sanitizing does not?
Sanitizing handles the microbiology; deodorizing handles the smell. They overlap somewhat but solve different problems. Yards with heavy odor (warm weather, multi-dog, dense clay soil) benefit from both.
Are the products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use pet-safe and kid-safe products and time the application so the yard is dry before play. We can leave a quick note if you want a 30-minute window before letting dogs back out.
Can I add sanitizing without changing my plan?
Yes. Sanitizing and deodorizing are à la carte for any plan — we can add them anytime as a monthly upgrade without re-quoting your base plan.
